Process Documentation

People build processes that work for their own brains and it can be hard to teach someone your own thought process. To communicate a process and identify automation possibilities, I work with clients to document the “as-is” state as well as the ideal future state.

Process documentation usually involves documentation reviews, interviews, and process reviews with the resulting deliverable consisting of a process diagram.
