Roadmap Planning

Process improvement can be a daunting process. There is a lot of work and sub-projects to get done in order to move an organization towards their ideal future state. To keep the improvement goals visible while keeping individuals focused on the work that needs to be completed in the short term, I recommend a roadmap visualization.

Roadmaps come in many shapes and forms. The final deliverable’s look and feel vary based on the audience and informaiton to be presented.
