I Built A Thing
What Did I Do?
Today I’m really excited to announce my next small bet - The Template Lab. And to launch with a bang, I’ve created a new template that combines my love of ClickUp, planners, to-do lists, and setting goals that don’t make you think you have failed.
What I truly enjoy is the ability to have structure and clarity to my daily life. My brain is full of ideas constantly and ClickUp has provided me with a versatile platform that allows me to get the ideas out of my head and give me a view of all my tasks and projects seamlessly, allowing me to prioritize effectively and track my progress in real time.
I kept buying digital templates and planners in search of items that not only helped me collect and document my thoughts but integrated with task tracking as well. I love the thought provoking questions that goal planners often contain and I love keeping my thoughts about those topics in one place. I wanted to combine the traditional planner experience with the ease of ClickUp being on my computer and have a combined digital planner, task list, and goal tracking system.
I couldn’t find any templates that really gave me what I was looking for.
So I built it.
And I want to give it to you for free.

You will need a ClickUp Workspace for the planner. If you don’t have one already, you can sign up for a free account through my ClickUp link- https://bit.ly/hlgclickup
How Did I Do This?
The framework for my Public Speaking Planner is ClickUp. ClickUp is a versatile business tool designed to enhance productivity and streamline workflows for teams of all sizes. Featuring customizable views, task assignments, and real-time collaboration, ClickUp is growing into an application that can and will replace many of the tools I’m currently using in my business.
I created documents, dashboards, forms, lists, and automations within the Public Speaking Planner and it is all built with ClickUp. Within the automations and tasks, I was even able to include affiliate links to recommend products and services that relate to public speaking.
Yes, I just built a new product for distribution of affiliate marketing links. I will be including affiliate links to many of the planners and templates I build because I want to share great knowledge with everyone. Yes, I will receive commissions for purchases made through those links, just like the links I’ve included in this blog post. But in the end, I really just wanted you all to know that I built a thing.
And I want you to have a copy of this new planner for free.
